yi sang's crow's-eye view poem no.2

“when my father dozes off beside me i become my father and i become
my father’s father though as ever my father just as he is my father so
why must i become my father’s father’s father’s .... father. why do i
hurdle over my own father when i become my father and why at the last
moment must i breathe life into my and my father’s and my father’s
father’s and my father’s father’s father’s characters all at once”
visual poem project for korean poet yi-sang. this work was for 'odd book' exhibition
held by korean society of typography in seokyo art center, seoul.
